🟦 How It Works

Submitting a festival is simple:

1. Create or log in to your organizer account You’ll need an account to manage your listings.
2. Choose your listing plan From Free to Premium+, select the visibility level that fits your event.
3. Submit your festival details Add your event information, images, dates, location, and ticket links.
4. Our team reviews your submission Most listings are approved within 24–48 hours.
5. Your festival goes live Once approved, your event appears across FestivalTrekker for attendees to discover.

🟦 What You’ll Need to Submit

To ensure your listing is complete and ready for approval, have the following details ready:

• Festival name
• Dates and location
• Category (Music, Food, Art, etc.)
• Description
• Images (based on your plan)
• Website and ticket links (based on your plan}
• Organizer contact information

If you manage 50+ events annually, a Monthly Pro Plan may be a better fit.
